Grace is an English fashion designer that has been named the creative director of Hermes; the first woman of Black heritage to lead a major luxury fashion house.

She blends sportswear, tailoring, and broad cultural research. She specializes in menswear, however she has collaborated with adidas to create her original samba silhouette. Grace Wales Bonner is known for her intellectually rich, culturally resonant designs that blend European tailoring with Afro-Caribbean aesthetics, exploring Black identity, history, and spirituality through luxurious menswear and womenswear.
